Samba (gentoo) to Windows

if you just wanna share linux files to windows (Local/Home Network) systems, and u dont need a password.
just simply to edit  /etc/samba/smb.conf

[global]
        netbios name = GENTOO
        server string = gentoo samba
        security = SHARE
        map to guest = Bad User
        log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
        max log size = 50
        socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192
        printcap name = cups
        dns proxy = No

[myshare]
        comment =  Gentoo Linux
        path = /home/movies
        guest ok = Yes
        hosts allow = 10.1.1.1/99

use testparm command to test your configuration whether it is right. smbclient -L gentoo (check server)
/etc/init.d/samba  start.

connect the share files from windows as normal way, like windows to windows. thats it.
